What is on during the break

In Nigeria the break is anything but quiet. The Super Eagles start 2027 AFCON qualifying at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium against Madagascar, before an away trip to Guinea-Bissau four days later. The draw put Nigeria in Group L alongside Tanzania, Madagascar and Guinea-Bissau, and there is a catch in it. Tanzania are co-hosts and have their place already, so the route out of the group works differently. Coming off a missed World Cup, there is very little goodwill left in the stands.
