The first week belongs to the national teams

The Nations League plays two more rounds from the 1st to the 6th, and the clubs sit out until after that. Nigeria travel to the Nizhny Novgorod Stadium to face Russia in a friendly on Tuesday 6 October. The kick-off time was still unannounced when this went up, so confirm it before you stake.

Four Premier League matchweeks with no gap

The clubs are back from Saturday 10 October. Arsenal versus Leeds United opens it at lunchtime, Manchester United take on Tottenham Hotspur later that day, and Liverpool host Manchester City at Anfield on the Sunday. A week later you get Everton versus Chelsea, Newcastle United against Aston Villa, and Nottingham Forest hosting Arsenal on Sunday evening.

Matchweek eight starts on Friday 23 October with Ipswich Town versus Nottingham Forest and peaks with Chelsea against Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday evening. The month closes on Saturday 31 October with Chelsea against Manchester United at lunchtime and Bet9ja Promotion Code Aston Villa hosting Fulham under the lights.

There is also the Manchester City case, with the club reportedly found guilty on nearly all of the 115 charges. The penalty had not been announced when this went up. Any sanction announced mid-season would shift the outright markets sharply, so check the latest before committing to a season-long position.

The clock change nobody plans for

British clocks go back on Sunday 25 October and Nigeria does not move. Up to Saturday the 24th, a kick-off listed in UK time is the same clock time in Lagos. After that Sunday you add sixty minutes, which makes a 15:00 English kick-off a 16:00 start here.
