October is the point in the season where the calendar gets crowded. The month starts with countries, and once that window shuts the Premier League runs four matchweeks without pausing. If you plan to register with Bet9ja in October, the code you want is YOHAIG.

What the YOHAIG code actually does

The promo field sits on the Bet9Ja Promo Code YOHAIG registration form and most people scroll straight past it. Put YOHAIG in the field and the account picks up the welcome offer, which runs to a maximum of ₦100,000 based on what you deposit first. There is no way to apply it later, which is why the field matters at sign-up.

The code costs nothing to use. It works on new registrations only, and there are rollover terms attached, as there are on every offer of this kind. Check those terms before your first deposit, not after it clears.

Sign up with the YOHAIG promotion code and claim up to ₦100,000 as a welcome bonus.

Nigeria in Russia to finish the break

The UEFA Nations League runs its third and fourth rounds between the 1st and the 6th of October, so the opening week is international football only. The Super Eagles finish their break against Russia in Nizhny Novgorod on Tuesday 6 October. No kick-off time was confirmed at the time of writing, so look it up before you build anything.

Four Premier League matchweeks with no gap

Club football restarts on Saturday 10 October. The Saturday runs from Arsenal against Leeds United through to Manchester United versus Tottenham Hotspur, then Anfield has Liverpool against Manchester City on Sunday. The 17th and 18th give you Everton against Chelsea, Newcastle United versus Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest against Arsenal.

Friday 23 October opens the next round with Ipswich Town against Nottingham Forest, and Chelsea versus Tottenham Hotspur headlines the Saturday. October finishes on Saturday 31st, Chelsea versus Manchester United at lunchtime and Aston Villa against Fulham in the evening.

There is also the Manchester City case, with the club reportedly found guilty on nearly all of the 115 charges. The penalty had not been announced when this went up. Should a points deduction follow, the outright markets reprice immediately, so read the news before backing anything long-term.

Why kick-off times move on 25 October

UK clocks go back on Sunday 25 October, and Nigeria stays put. Up to Saturday the 24th, a kick-off listed in UK time is the same clock time in Lagos. From the 25th onward, add an hour: a match listed at 15:00 in England starts at 16:00 in Nigeria.

Getting the most out of a busy month

•

• Put the code in during sign-up, because it cannot be added later. YOHAIG only works on the way in.

• Set a monthly figure before the clubs come back and stick to it. Four matchweeks with no break is a long stretch to stay disciplined.
